1.STIHL Trainee Program is a 12 months tailor-made development program which focuses on hiring fresh graduates majored in Engineering or Sales & Marketing with great potential. We will work together with you to develop your professional skills and competencies. We will guide you to realize your full potential.
STIHL培訓生項目是一個為期12個月并且為其量身定制的發展項目，意在招納具有巨大銷售潛力的工程或市場營銷相關專業的應屆畢業生。在培訓期間，我們將與你一同工作，發展你的專業技能和能力，我們將引導你充分發揮你的潛力。
2.After getting into the program, you will work in the Service & After-sales department in the first 1 month to get familiar with the products, components and assembly. In the next 11 months you will work in the market with sales colleagues. You will be facing challenging projects, cross function working experience, as well as systematical development program for professional skills and competencies.
在進入這個項目后，前一個月你將在售后服務部工作，熟悉產品、部件和裝配，之后的11個月里，你將跟著銷售部在市場上跑。你將面臨具有挑戰性的項目，跨部門的工作經驗，同時你的專業技能和能力也將得到系統性的發展。
3.Upon completion of trainee program, STIHL Taicang will offer you a challenging position according to your performance, interest & the business needs.
在整個培訓項目結束后，STIHL太倉將根據你的表現、興趣和業務需求為你提供一個具有挑戰性的職位。
